Your ResponsibilitiesSummary of Position:
This position is an on-site HR presence supporting warehousing and/or transportation locations.
The Employee Care Specialist will be the first point of contact for on site employee questions, concerns and will help employees navigate and acclimate to the tk Culture, systems and processes.
This person should be a customer focused, problem solver who can quickly resolve employee inquiries while building strong relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
Support employees through the HR Life Cycle (Onboarding, Orientation, Benefits enrollment, Talent Management, Offboarding etc.
)Acts as the local point person to support employees in resolving questions/concerns around payroll, benefits, vacation, etc, tracks the issue through resolution and provides timely responsesAct as liaison to HR operations, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, business HR and managers to quickly resolve employee questionsInterpret policies and procedures in response to inquiries from managers and employees; determine appropriate applicability in a variety of situationsHas a visible presence, builds relationships and trust with both employees and leaders and escalates emerging cultural themes or concerns to leadership with data to substantiate issuesSupports site activities and special projects around employee engagement, communications and other activities to support the desired cultureMeets TKMNA Employee Attributes/competenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

years' of related experience in Human Resources, Employee Care/Call Center or Customer CareDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships including virtuallyDemonstrated attention to detail and established organizational skills a mustEnergetic, compassionate individual willing to own employee issues as their ownStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate information with clarity.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft platformPreferred Requirements:
Bi-lingual- speaks Spanish and EnglishExperience working in a manufacturing/warehouse setting preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
