Under general supervision, plans and executes product strategy development, product support, pricing and/or promotional initiatives.
Supports product strategy development with research and data analysis.
Improves products / processes through use of basic to mid-level quality-driven management (QDM) tools within own work.
Supports the creation of annual product plans by gathering, interpreting and integrating financial, operating and competitor data through the use of research and data mining tools.
Actively engage with customers, Sales, Operations and Information Technology to assess market conditions and identify future service opportunities.
Serves as an extended team member in product development efforts, by helping translate customer needs into business requirements and service definitions and supported by appropriate business justification and financial business case.
Assists in the execution of product development, product support and/or promotional initiatives that support the organization''s global marketing strategies and utilizes all levers and options in product management strategy planning (4P mix).
Supports the preparation of product performance reporting and project status updates for senior officer briefings.
Attributes/Experience Considered a Plus:
Master's degree
Demonstrated experience with data analysis and forecasting
Demonstrated experience with interpreting market research
Strong organizational and human relations skills
Strong customer-focused orientation attuned to stated and latent needs
Ability to coordinate numerous tactics simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment that deliver results
Presentation preparation and delivery skills at any level in the organization
Ability to organize, adapt, remain flexible and self-motivate

This position is domiciled in Memphis, Tennessee. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
Bachelor''s degree/equivalent in Marketing, Computer Science, Finance or related business discipline
Two (2) years'' work experience in marketing, sales administration or advertising
Experience in market research, pricing, forecasting and financial analysis
Good basic quantitative and analytical skills
Good organizational skills
Strong human relations and communication skills
Customer focused orientation
A related advanced degree equals two years'' experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
