The Human Resources Assistant for IMC Companies will assist in supporting the Human Resource Department with the onboarding process and pre-payroll administrative functions.
The role requires one that is organized, goal oriented, and that values attention to detail and accuracy.
Essential Job Functions:
Facilitate all facets of Driver Onboarding to include data entry, data verification, and regional assistance as needed Train and support Non-Driver Onboarding as a backup for vacations or as needed Maintain I-9 files and updates as needed Processing incoming requests, providing guidance as appropriate Assist with employee file maintenance to include scanning, labeling, document creation, etc.
Assist with supply ordering as needed Assist with the tracking of FMLA documents and updates in the applicable system as needed Assist and support other HR projects or inter-Department Leaders as needed Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Excellent organization skills and time management - a must Critical thinking and decision-making skills Dedication of learning in a HR/Payroll/ Benefits/Time and Attendance environment Professional and effective communication skills with users, employees, and supervisor Effective customer service and interpersonal skills Demonstrated teamwork Effectively use tools/methodologies with some guidance Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships with some guidance Demonstrated ability to adapt to sudden changes in priority or the need to multi-task with some guidance Great computer skills and the ability to enter data accurately Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office products.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
