Currently, we are seeking a Master Data Management Leader responsible for the master data management strategy and execution focused on customer, employee, vendor and product.

Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary expert and point of contact for all data governance inquiries, issues, and requests Lead, define, document, and enforce policies and procedures related to the management of master data Oversee the development and maintenance of data quality control processes Monitor data entry and update processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of information in compliance of data governance policies Design and generate reports on data quality metrics in accordance with data governance objectives and present findings to senior management Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes Serve as the liaison between Technology and business units to ensure that master data requirements are understood and met Lead projects related to the implementation of new or improved systems and processes for managing master data Lead new and existing staff on the use of master data management tools and processes Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in and support for data governance initiatives Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data management Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field 7
years of experience working with data in a business environment Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive enterprise MDM programs Demonstrable knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, best practices, and tools Expertise in data analysis, data mining, and data modeling Proficiency in SQL, in at least one MDM software platform like Stibo or Enterworks, and at least one major statistical software package (SAS, R, etc.
) Solid up-to-date understanding of database design principles Project management experience Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience and demonstrated success in retail distribution preferred Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field Experience with big data platforms, such as Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases Experience with Precisely's Enterworks MDM or similar MDM platform Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Qlikview Experience with data quality assessment and cleansing tools, such as Trillium or Talend _:
